easiest- and most efficient way to do this is to download the booking
form, save it on your computer, fill it up and e-mail it to us. |
| The
booking form gives us all information we need to efficiently handle
your booking and to immediately e-mail you our booking confirmation. |

| On
our booking confirmation you will find all details of your booking,
like (in case of seafreight) the vessel's name, date of departure,
date of arrival and (when it is concerning groupage and you deliver
your goods yourself at our port depot) the delivery- address and
reference. |

| You can
download the booking form on the right side. |
| |
| At
certain stage (mostly after shipment, unless we positioned a container
at your home) you will receive our invoice, which you need to pay upon
receipt. |
| You can
only pay by bank, we don't accept creditcards, nor cash payments. |
| After
departure of the vessel and after receipt of your payment we e-mail
you the bill of lading. |
| This
document enables you to get release of your shipment in the country of
destination. |
| This
document also carries the details of our agent (your contact at the
place of destination). |
